Shipping Policies
Free Local Delivery:
Free delivery to your Home or Office within 30 miles of our location. For deliveries outside of that area, the cost will depend on the specific services needed to make delivery. Just give us a call at 305-209-0102 and we'll be happy to help you.
Your Order Process:
Once you have placed your order, we will give you a call to confirm the details of your order and answer any questions you might have. We will make sure you are getting the right equipment and services for your needs.
Order Processing Times:
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of getting your payment posted, some credit cards do take up to 72 hours to post payment depending on the bank or credit card company you are using.
Tracking Your Order:
When your order is ready to ship, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. If you need an update or help scheduling your delivery, call us or respond to your paid email receipt and we will be happy to help you. It might take a day for the tracking information to begin reporting once the freight company tenders the shipment.
Shipping Times:
If you place an order and pay by 12 p.m. EST (Monday through Friday), we'll do our best to get it in the mail within 48 hours of payment posting. Orders placed over the weekend will get processed on Monday. Once shipped we calculate a 2 to 5 business day window for delivery depending on weather conditions and destination location.
Verify Your Contact Info:
Make sure your contact information is valid and up to date in your order – we will be using that information to call by phone and email. If there's any issues with your contact information, please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct it for you. Shipping address cannot be changed once an order is in transit.
Scheduling Your Delivery:
When your order is ready to be delivered to a Residential location the shipping carrier will give you a call to schedule a delivery time that works for you. Delivery companies will not call ahead to schedule delivery for Commercial Locations, if you need a commercial delivery to be scheduled please request it when we call you to confirm you are ordering the correct equipment for your needs.
Address Changes:
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If you wish to pick up your order at the shipping terminal, please let us know so we can authorize the pick-up with the shipping company, or they will not release it. Only the person that has paid for the order can pick up a shipment. At the shipping terminal they will record your vehicle license tag information. You will need to present a valid driver's license to match the order and shipping document. Signature will also be needed for the shipment to be released. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
Damages and Shipping Issues:
Homeowner Air Conditioning has the best shipping policy in the HVAC industry. Customers are not responsible for any damage to their order during transit.
We go the extra mile to make sure your equipment arrives in great condition. We provide custom wood crating to protect your equipment in transit. If there is any damage to the exterior of your product or crate, please document it with images and videos if possible. Helping you resolve the issue will become our top priority. We do not have problems, we have solutions, and you can count on us.
If any damage has occurred to your equipment, you will have no issues returning the product for a replacement or refund. We will cover all shipping expenses and wave any restocking fees due to shipping damage.
When returning any order, we ask that you re-pack the product in its original packaging and secure it onto the pallet if originally provided, with a strap to avoid it from shifting.
When picking up your order we will provide the same services that we need to deliver the order at no cost to you.
You can expect the same level of courtesy making a return that you received when placing your order. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase or your return.
Installation Scheduling:
Please do not schedule any installations until you have received and inspected your order.
