At Homeownerairconditioning.com, we want you to have a great buying experience. So, we've put in place a no hassle 60 day return policy to make sure you purchase the correct product for your needs. With us, you can buy with confidence.
When You Want to Return Something:
We accept returns within 60 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:
- Item Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Protective Shipping Materials: All protective packaging materials used during shipment must be reused to ensure the product’s safe return. Products received on pallets and in crates must be repackaged in the original shipping crate and on the original pallet.
- Original Parts and Accessories: All returned items must include original parts, manuals, and accessories.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping Costs:
Your refund will be the full order amount, minus the following:
- Return shipping costs, will be quoted and need customers preapproval
- A 10% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the purchase receipt.
- Custom or special-order products, including factory orders
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. You will have no issues returning the product for a replacement or refund. To expedite the process, please retain all original packaging.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to our customer service team. We will help customers by waving the restocking fee. Customers can purchase the new product needed to expedite the Exchange. Once we receive the return product we will issue a full refund for the original order minus any shipping fees. We will assist customers with return shipping quotes.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returning product, we will notify you by phone and email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. You will receive a refund receipt via email. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

To initiate a return, please:

- We will assist customers with a return shipping quote.
- Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely received.
